This is a great record management utility. It has instant read/write capabilities. This release is for Windows95 or later.  It's never been so fast and easy to create basic personal/financial records on your PC.  VERY easy to use, doesn't even need a README. You can cycle through Records.  Save records, load records, and create records- You don't even have to type drives, directories or extensions when saving or loading a file, you just type any name you want. This is because everything is saved into the same directory as the program.
